May Lily of the Valley Birth Month Flower Hand Embroidery Designs
/The birth month flower for May is lily of the valley and it’s adorable, but also took a bit of ingenuity to get a simple embroidery stitch with a decorative edge on the bottom of the blossom for the large designs.
The small designs are simple and dainty to add a pretty detail to just about anything.
I used the embroidery designs for some May birthday gifts. I made a personalized bookmark for my daughter. The back fabric coordinates with her River pouch and the velvet ribbon worked perfectly!
I also made a River pouch for my sister. She doesn’t like reading, but she does love Jesus and monarch butterflies!
